The Position
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of the Genesys Cloud platform, helping Donor Care meet and exceed performance targets (KPIs). This includes creation and tracking of new campaigns and queues.
- The incumbent will work with the Manager, Donor Care to prepare, communicate and execute daily plan, including dial plan, assignments, and schedules that ensure proper coverage on our various queues.
- They will format and scrub donor lists in preparation for outbound dialing and voicemail drops. They will also execute daily voicemail drops
- The Operations Coordinator will monitor real-time performance and queue stats, as well as make necessary queue changes to ensure acceptable service level and abandon rates.
- They will support the operation of Donor Care through ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests, and other duties as required.
- Support Donor Care’s new-hire training for Genesys and chat support when needed.
What success looks like?
- Delivering effective, strategic plans that lead to Donor Care meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
- Effective management of large amounts of data, and leveraging that data to ensure the cleanliness of DC outbound lists
- Provides support to Donor Care Representatives, including Genesys Cloud, CRM and various other systems/processes.
- Dedicated and committed to providing an outstanding and professional level of service.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (required), and ability to manage large amounts of data with great attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Positive attitude, team player, and desire to help the DC team succeed.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous outbound dialer experience.
- 1+ year experience in a dynamic contact center environment. Data related experience an asset.
- Ability to learn new software or processes quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attendance record and personal values that are consistent with those of Plan International’s corporate values.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $ 44,000 and $ 55,000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation, including experience, specific job-related skills, and relevant educational or professional training.
